Soccer Program

Ayya fall soccer program 2107

Our pee wee division ( 4 and 5u ) and 8u programs are played in house on Saturday mornings at local Yonkers fields. 10u, 12u, & 14u and older divisions participate in a Yonkers wide Travel Program. We will have some experienced players on the field to help out the coaches during our in house games and more experienced players/coaches to help with the older groups.

We will start off by holding coaches/player clinics on August 24th ,25TH and 26TH run by our experienced staff. Clinic schedules will be sent out 2 weeks prior. Followed by player draft and team selections the week of the august 28th

The season will kick off on Saturday, September 9, and run through November 11.

We are a volunteer organization, so parent participation is very much needed. Please register as soon as possible, we would like to have everything in order prior to the draft/team selections

Registration and further information can be found on our home page at www.allyonkers.org

Please email soccer@allyonkers.org with any questions you may have that are not already addressed via this process or on www.allyonkers.org.

AYYA's Flag Football program is affiliated with NFL Flag Football and is open to all children ages 5 to 14.

Our program mixes the best amounts of life lessons, sports instruction and development, with the right touch of competitiveness (in the older divisions) to make sure everyone gets the most out of their experience.

The program will begin in the middle of August with mini-camps and evaluations for the players and training and orientation for the coaches. Official play begins in early September and goes through the last weekend before Thanksgiving. The first official day is a day of scrimmages so that everyone can get a feel for the rules and flow of the game; players and coaches a like.

Thank you for joining us this season and we look forward to another great one!

Here are preliminary dates for major events for this season. These dates are subject to change and everyone will be notified as changes occur. Final playing times by team will be posted with the final schedule and available on the Team Wall on Sport signup, which also has mobile phone apps now.

Several leagues currently offer this division.

During our annual evaluations, players will be monitored and allowed to move into this division according to their skills, and of course parent approval. Players not ready for this move will play in the Small Fry division as usual.
